Who is this for?
Klaviyo, retention and lifecycle agencies with ecommerce clients. If you’re a brand rather than an agency, I’m probably not the right fit.
Will our clients know about you?
No. Everything is white-label. I work in your tools under your name, and your clients only ever deal with your team.
Do you write the copy or the strategy?
No. You handle the strategy, the copy and the client. I handle the design, the build and the QA.
Can you work inside our existing setup?
Yes. I work from your briefs, Figma files, brand guidelines and Klaviyo accounts, and build reusable modules for each client so their emails stay consistent and get faster to produce.
Do you design flows as well as campaigns?
Both. Welcome, post-purchase, abandoned cart, winback, launches, and every one-off campaign in between.
How fast is it, really?
24–48 hours per request. One request is active at a time, so the next starts as soon as the last is approved. Larger or unusually complex requests are scoped separately.
How many revisions do we get?
Unlimited. We keep going until you and your client are happy with it.
Who owns the designs?
You and your client. The Figma files and the Klaviyo templates are yours to keep and reuse.
Do you take one-off projects?
Yes. Send me the brief and I’ll scope it, whether it’s a single flow, a launch or a batch of campaigns. Ongoing monthly work is available too.
Do we have to get on calls?
No. One intro call if you want it, then everything runs async on a shared board: your team adds a request, I send a design.
How do we get started?
Book a short call. If it’s a fit, you’ll get your boards the same week and can send your first request straight away.
